Darwin & Rose Return & Exchange Policy

We believe in creating a delightful shopping experience—if something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it better. Here’s everything you need to know about returns and exchanges:

1. Return & Exchange Window

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. If it’s been more than 30 days since your item arrived, reach out anyway—we’ll see what we can do, but please note that refunds or exchanges aren’t guaranteed beyond that timeframe.

2. Condition of Items

To qualify for a full reimbursement or exchange, products should be unused, in brand-new condition, and (if possible) in original packaging. We’re flexible, but this helps us process returns quickly and keep our products in top shape.

3. If Your Item Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

  • Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item? We’ll cover shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund—your choice.
  • Just send us a photo of the issue within 30 days of delivery and we’ll get it sorted ASAP.

4. Other Returns or Exchanges (Size, Style, Mind-Change, etc.)

  • If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size or style, you cover the return shipping and any new shipping fees for exchanges.
  • Original shipping costs aren’t refundable.
  • Once we receive your item in its original condition, we’ll process a refund or ship out the new item.

5. How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us via email support@darwinrose.com.
  2. Include your order number and, if applicable, a photo of the damage or misprint.
  3. We’ll confirm next steps and provide our return address (listed below if a mail-in return is needed).
